Jon says... Buy
Yeasty, tasty and affordable. This is a great bottle to have in your fridge at all times. You never know when you need to celebrate! It’s got a really great bready flavor and a perfect acidity balance keeps it crisp and fresh. Piper-Sonoma is in a head-to-head battle with Chandon for the $10-$15 California sparkling wine segment. This means that every week, either Piper or Chandon is on sale. So if you keep your eyes open, you will find this bottle for $11. You can find Piper-Sonoma at most every wine store, food store and corner store. Which is a good thing, because everyone likes it. Pair it with cheese, appetizers, salads, and non-chocolate desserts. I just love shooting the cork out of my apartment window (45 foot record)!
Ted says... Well Priced
This sparking wine is made following the Methode Champenoise and has a lighty citrus nose with a smooth texture and light finish. I enjoyed this wine with some less-spicy Thai food and it was pretty good pairing.
