A very easy drinker, this sangiovese is ripe with cherry and a touch nutty flavor. It finishes smooth, with only a slightly tannic sensation, but it’s a bit too acidic. But for $3, who’s gonna argue that? This wine would go excellent with a night of pizza and movies—-it’ll go great with some fresh pizza, and it’s easy drinkable nature will keep you entertained even if that chick flick doesn’t ;-)
