New Zealand sauvignon blanc takes it to the next level. It’s got a strong grassy flavor and huge puckering acidity. Different from the traditional tropical fruit flavors found in other NZ sauv blancs, this bottle is all about vegetal flavors. Great alone or with a fried crabcake. But beware, it will overpower subtle flavored foods.

Big grassiness and big acidity, this sauvignon blanc is great. It has great flavor and distinctive grassiness that sets this sauvignon blanc apart. It would go great with some sushi rolls or tuna tataki or some Thai curry.
